THE STORY
OF DEVOTION
Dear all, I'm Evgenii Reimer, co-founder and CEO of the family restaurant business Milimon Family. My wife and I established our first company in Samara, Russia, in 2007. It was a Japanese food delivery service. We have grown over time and since then created 12 conceptual brands, opened 30 restaurants and cafés in four cities of Russia, been listed as one of the Top 10 Russian restaurant businesses, and been nominated for the Palme d'Or Restaurant Awards.
To cite a famous classic writer, "All the world's a stage, and all the men and women merely players." However, unlike any ordinary theatre, our guests are not merely spectators: they are fully immersed in a thoughtfully designed performance created by the restaurateur as the producer and director of the show, chefs and managers as playwrights, and cooks and waiters as actors.

My wife and I travel around the world a lot. During our trips, we are looking for inspiration, new experiences, flavours and ideas. And we are happy to share the world's riches with you, our highly valued partners. Our mission is to take your guests on a cultural and culinary adventure to other countries the moment they step through the door of your restaurant, where they will enjoy the best cuisine and beverages and transform from merely diners into travellers through space and time.

The show must go on! And we are planning to bring plenty of new and exciting shows, experiences and tours to new cities and countries!

Humanity has always been excited and intimidated by fire.

Fire meant food and warmth, but also harboured the ultimate primordial force. You will not find a single person who is indifferent to fire.

We have tamed fire. It has ignited a spark in our hearts and inspired the creation of our STRAIGHT FIRE restaurant. Fire sears succulent steaks on a Josper grill, slow cooks savoury shchi and cottage cheese in a Russian oven, smokes brisket and pastrami with cherry wood, or roasts a whole lamb leg on an Argentinian Parrilla grill. Every single culture and nation under the sun employs fire.

Our restaurant is the kingdom of masculinity with Brutalist interiors, an extensive wine list and our unique collection of liquors. We cook meat, poultry and fish in ways no one else could even imagine.

A place to indulge yourself and tuck in with culinary options aplenty. A place to enjoy yourself while regaled by the inimitable rock of AC/DC, Bon Jovi and Aerosmith in the realm of fire.

INTERIOR
We have recruited gastronomy, music, light and interior design to create an all-encompassing ambience that teases our guests' every sense. The Brutalist loft-style interior evokes guests' genetic memory of veld-roaming ancestors and drives them wild.
INS AND OUTS
The modern interior artworks are tightly intertwined with hand-crafted artefacts: hand-blown and forged lights complement the commodious armchairs, painted by contemporary artists. The muscle-machine Harley-Davidson salutes guests at the entrance and immerses them in the authentic men's world right off the bat.

SIBERIAN WILD DEER TARTAR
We have gone to enormous lengths to deliver the flesh of a Siberian wild deer to the restaurant and treat out fixtures with the melt-in-the-mouth tartar, accompanied by tomato-chili jam and crunchy buckwheat.
BRISKET BURGER WITH SMOKED CHEESE SAUCE
It's burger bliss! No words are needed to describe its excellence. Entice the tastebuds and nourish the soul with our top-of-the-line burger! Smoked cheese sauce, onion crisps and smoked apple puree will drive you crazy.
GOGOL-MOGOL
Thinking out of the box can be very tasty in our business. So, we deeply revised a dusty recipe of a Gogol-Mogol — a well-known egg-based Russian dessert — and spiced it up! We added a handful of pecan, crumbled biscuits and spicy cranberries, baked it in a wooden oven … and voilà — mouthgasm as it is! Can be served either cold or hot, but our customers prefer it hot.

Little did we know when developing this gorgeous salad how habit-forming it would be. Addiction is formed right after your first bite. All your thoughts are about tender flank steak, seared avocado, orange curry butter, pinenuts, homemade mayo and chia seeds. It even sounds mouth-watering!
RIBEYE STEAK WITH SCALLOPS

We were celebrating my wife's b-day in this delicious meat fusion restaurant. There was so much we wanted to try. You get your money's worth with the portion sizes. They have a full bar and delicious house drinks. The cherry on top was then the chef walked out and personally presented the slice of cake to my wife for free. We'll definitely be back.

The first thing I noticed was how much the owners really care for all the employees and how they inspire us to better ourselves — even as we've grown they make each of us feel important. I've worked for other restaurants that didn't do that. Now, as a deputy manager I've gotten the opportunity to train people for new STRAIGHT FIRES which has helped me in so many ways personally. Over the years many of my regulars have become good friends of mine, almost like family, and so have my co-workers. What makes STRAIGHT FIRE so popular is, without a doubt, how we give our customers a wonderful experience overall, not just great food & drinks. I think that's why they keep coming back — it's the ambience in here that makes everyone feel so good.
